Disaster Response Team by UltraClean is a community business established in Meridian, Idaho in 1999.
We have built such a personal experience through our service that we have maintained clients for over 17 years. We provide immediate emergency services for residential and commercial clients during any type of water damage that needs service 24 hours a day.
We understand that you don’t have to be the biggest fish in the pond, you just have to have the greatest passion and integrity. With everyone we work with, subcontractors, employees, customers, vendors, and the general public, we want to build strong positive relationships. We develop an emotional connection that shows integrity, compassion, loyalty, friendliness, and trust.
We also believe strongly in having the most professional and highly trained employees. Take a few minutes to watch this video from one of our employees as he shares a little about the training and certification he’s gone through.
We have a sense of urgency in everything we do. We understand that without a continuous forward momentum, tomorrow may mean the loss of an opportunity. Our company philosophy is to never settle for “good enough” because good is the enemy of great. A homeowner or facilities manager in the midst of a disaster and facing structural damage has enough problems and deserves immediate results.
We stand by leading from within. We believe that the best ideas and decisions are made from the bottom up, by those who are on the front lines serving the client and the closest to the reality of what service should be. Our leaders take ownership and collaborate with other team members when challenges arise. The best team members are those that have positive influences on one another and everyone they encounter. We strive to see the standard, then sets the bar for others.
Our business is built on the professionalism and adaptability of our staff. Every client and job presents a unique situation and deserves a professional experience. Working with Disaster Response Team by UltraClean promises clients:
- Immediate service in one hour or less.
- Immediate sense of relief. Relax, it’s our mess now.
- Extreme discretion and respect paid to handling sensitive and personal contents during a disaster cleanup.
- Employee screening to ensure trusted professionals arrive at your door, including background check, random drug tests, and more.
Disaster Response Team by UltraClean provides you 24 hour service to respond to your water damage needs at any hour of the day. When you are experiencing a disaster and need help, call us immediately. We will begin by asking you a series of questions to help you determine what our priority actions are. Once we have the necessary information for response, our team will arrive to your location in less than an hour to begin restoring your home or business.
Our company provides clear communication between project managers and clients to keep you informed. With each Disaster Response Team by UltraClean visit, half an hour prior to our arrival, you will receive a call to let you know when we will be at your project and which team members will be there. With our Call a Day program, we will communicate with you daily through your preferred means – text, email, or phone call – to notify you of what is going on and what the next steps are. With our specialized tools that detect moisture and the extent of it’s migration, our certified water damage technician will determine the scope of damage. Our scope consists of assessing the safety of the occupants and workers, sentimental items, and other concerns of the client, and how to properly mitigate the damage with time and cost in mind. Once emergency mitigation service and any type of speciality cleaning is performed, we are ready to dry the structure. A drying plan is developed to effectively dry the structure avoiding as much construction replacement as possible. During the drying process, we will monitor the structure to maximize daily progress. You will be provided with moisture readings and documentation each day of the project to keep you fully informed of the progress being made. Once the target moisture reading has been reached, your property is ready for the construction crew to put it all back together. We understand this process can be overwhelming, that’s why we believe in transparency in all that we do. Everything we do is documented to provide you with the confidence to know when we say it’s dry, we can show you proof. Having this documentation gives you the peace of mind that we have done exactly what you needed us to accomplish. We also provide line item details in our billing to make sure you or your insurance company can easily understand each service performed.
We can only be successful as a company if the community we serve supports us and we support them back. Disaster Response Team by UltraClean’s community service is just as important as our service to clients. Our philosophy is to help where we can make a difference.
Our founder Brandon Wright has created one of the Treasure Valley’s largest networking groups, the SmokeOut. The event’s success in stimulating local businesses and connecting people led to the creation of Meridian Business Day, a half day event at the Meridian City Hall. Some of the local non-profits that we support with time or resources are The Arc of Idaho, Boise Rescue Mission, Meridian Food Bank, and Ronald McDonald House. Our employees, owners, and families all contribute to helping organizations that we are passionate about helping. Nothing feels better than to make a difference in someone’s life.
Focus on the Client and All Else Will Follow
Personalized service isn’t old fashioned. We connect with each client, earn their trust, and understand how we can help their situation. We know the chaos and distress of experiencing a disaster; we’ve been there. We understand what it’s like to live through the construction (the mess, the odors, the stress) while managing your life. This first hand experience puts us in your shoes. .
Disasters don’t hit when it’s convenient. We understand the need for immediate action. With our 24 hour emergency service, a service technician will be at your home or business in one hour or less. From there, we do all the work. Further, if one of our customers calls in with a complaint or a problem, they automatically get our attention. We will address it that day.
Good is the Enemy of Evil
We don’t believe in good enough. It’s that simple. We’re not in this business to be just another name in restoration. We are elite water damage restoration experts who stand by our work unlike any other. If a problem arises, no matter if its our fault or not, we will return and make it right. No questions asked.
Personal Contents Deserves as Much Respect as the Client
Compassion and empathy are the only ways we can truly understand our customers and the trauma forced upon them. Your personal belongings demand respect. When we are moving, packing, or handling your personal and valuable items, we understand the emotional connections they have to you. We handle everything that we do with care, from client to structure to contents.
A Strong Team Builds a Strong Business
Character is what makes us unique. Integrity is easy to say but difficult to do. Our people are hired first for personality and second for experience because character can’t be trained. The training we provide helps us develop employees into specialists.
A Call a Day
We call each or our active clients at least once a day, prior to arriving at your home or office, so you recognize who is coming and when they are arriving. Our project managers will call you every day to let you know what’s been done that day and what the next step is and who will be completing it.
Keep It Local
We live, work and play in the Treasure Valley and understand the demands of this geographical area. By working with us, your neighbors, you are investing in the local economy, contributing $0.42 for every dollar spent back into the community, versus only $0.14 with corporate companies and national franchises.
Live by Leadership
Leadership is what we are all about. We are leaders of our families, our business, our community, and our industry. We believe that leadership is the missing key to many things in this world, which is why our focus to be great leaders is so important to us.
