Below is an outline of our process:

  • You call we answer.
  • We dispatch our crew of IICRC ASD Certified Technicians.
  • We ask questions concerning health, the structure, your personal belongings and all the necessary insurance information. This may take up to 5 minutes.
  • They walk through the house or building, a visual inspection for immediate care of your personal belongings is the primary objective, including review of sentimental items needing to be protected.
  • We perform a moisture inspection of all affected areas, set a scope (which is an action plan), explain what needs to be completed, look at your lifestyle and minimize the interruption to your life
  • Work agreement signed and expectations set.
  • We perform the necessary tasks to stop any damage from occurring further.  We clean and sanitize all areas, remove un-restorable items (such as swelled cabinets), set the most advanced drying equipment. 
  • We then monitor the structure every day to ensure that the structure is drying effectively, taking down moisture readings that verify the progress, until all moisture levels are acceptable with unaffected parts of the building, we know we are completed.We listen to your needs and understand you and your family.
  • We minimize the interruptions and follow through with our action plan.
  • Once completed we give the proper documentation to the insurance company, property manager, or homeowner to verify all areas are dry, clean, and ready for the construction process to rebuild to a pre loss condition.
  • The insurance company writes a check to the homeowner or building owner for the total amount of the repair minus your deductible.
  • Your belongings are put back and our cleaning services team cleans all areas.
  • Sometimes the first day can be overwhelming, it's noisy, humid, stressful and emotional.  You just want a break and we understand.  UltraClean will put you in a hotel with a kitchenette and provide a VISA to a nice restaurant for dinner and some movie tickets.
